At its annual board meeting on June 19, the Tennessee chapter of HIMSS, welcomed its incoming president, Tod Fetherling, CEO of Perception Health. Chapter officers and its Board of Directors also appointed five new members to the Board. Fetherling and the new Board of Directors officially take office on July 1, 2020.
“Over the past two years, TN HIMSS has made great progress being true to our mission – ‘better health through information and technology.’ Our Chapter continues to lead in thought, programs, events and our award-winning HIT Accelerator program. I’m proud of our Leadership Team, Board Members, Ambassadors, Volunteers and Members” said Eric Thrailkill, SVP of BI and Analytics, Envision Healthcare, and immediate Past President of TN HIMSS.
“I’m excited to welcome Tod Fetherling as Chapter President and a new slate of Board members,” Thrailkill continued. “We face significant challenges and uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, I’m confident the Chapter will continue to grow, provide value to members and lead our state at the intersection of health and technology.”
